My name is Lucas Michael Mamo but just go by Lucas Michael! Let’s see…..what I can say about myself. Well I spend a lot of my time sewing and crafting and working on new projects. I went to school for both Fashion Design and Merchandising but since the economy sucks right now I decided I would create my own job. I started a clothing brand right out college and was selling my clothing in a high end boutique out of Chicago and thought I would give online sales a shot. With that being said www.LucasMichael.com was born! The site is like a kaleidoscope, because I’m always experimenting with different materials and coming up with new things. Right now my focus is on my dinosaur planters that have been all the rage this summer. It still blows my mind that people all across the world are both wearing things I’ve made or displaying my dino planters on their desks at work. One of my favorite parts about being a designer would be the stores that get emailed to me. Someone once said that spotted one of my planters at the DMV and had to have one of her own!
