3 New Hat Patterns!

I have several new patterns that I’ve been holding onto so that I could release them when the new website is ready. But it’s taking longer than I expected so I’ve decided to release a few of them now! Three new hat patterns! I hope you like them! :)

Avenue C Slouchy Hat
This is my favorite hat! I originally designed it several months ago because I wanted a hat that I could put my hair up in when I go running (which is where it’s name comes from, the street I run on). This is a great hat for those days when you just don’t feel like dealing with your hair. It’s made with worsted weight yarn and can be made with or without a bill.

Flaps Down Ear Flap Hat
This is just your basic ear flap hat with long braided ties. The pattern gives you a few options for yarns and different edging styles. I designed this forever ago because I wanted a hat that would keep my ears warm while snowboarding.

Ferris Wheel Slouchy Hat
Another simple slouchy hat. Also great for putting your hair up in. Made with worsted weight yarn and looks good in solids or varigated colors. I had fun putting my handpainted yarns to use while making these! :)

You can see more pictures of these on Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/gleefulthings/

And of course, the patterns are for sale on Etsy! http://glee.etsy.com

Love and hats!
