I have a pair in this ^ color that I made myself a long time ago.  I’d always wanted to sell some but back when I made them, I hadn’t started The Eclectic Squirrel yet, so I had nowhere to sell them. I’m happy that I finally got some up for sale! I hope you like them! :)

This snail is a pattern that I’ve been working on. It’s so close to finished.  I just need some motivation…

I have three hedgehogs listed (all different colors!). This is another pattern that I have nearly finished.

And the Peanut Butter Jelly monster!! I was bored one night and just had the urge to make this. I dunno why!

And this is another one of my random creations that I cannot remember the inspiration for. A penguin holding a taco. This guy is sold already. I was surprised that he went so fast. I’m so bad at predicting what people will like!

Whata ya think? I’m curious, which shape do you like the best? I kinda prefer the tall one in the center. I’m thinking about making more in the future. They’re fun to make. And small enough that my short attention span allows me to finish them! I thought about making a pattern for them but don’t really see a point. There are already so many crocheted cacti patterns available.

I don’t have a ton to update about right now. I have three tutorials that I need to post. One of them is for this little skirt:

I swear I normally don’t dress that neon. Actually, the complete opposite on most days. But I went to a roller disco (holy crap, funnest time EVER!) on Friday and the flyer said to dress bright. So since I have almost no bright clothing, I bought this animal print fabric for $5 and whipped up a quick multi-layer circle skirt. I wore it with a $3 top from Forever 21 and green fishnets from Hot Topic! wooo! OMG, roller disco was soooo crazy fun! I’m anxiously waiting for the next one! And also anxiously waiting for the huge blister, that I got from my skates, to heal! :(

I’m so excited! My koala ears came out awesome! I thought for sure I’d have to make a couple sets to get them right. These are the first pair though! :D I’ll have to get some better pictures soon! I think I might try to make some bunny ears. I’m out of hair clips though :(

Earlier today, I posted some cute flower headbands that I made (forever ago!) for Blythes, in The Eclectic Squirrel shop. There are seven color combos to choose from and I’m happy to do custom orders if you have other colors in mind :)

I’m way behind on this (since they were apparently released in 2008), but I looooove these mermaid fabrics by Heather Ross!! I wish I could think of something to make with them. I’ve been hoarding some of her really old gnome fabrics because I love them! But I have no idea what to make with them.

A few days ago, I finally gathered up my fur fabrics and started drawing up patterns. After a few sets of almost perfect ones, I finally got it right! All of the ones in the picture below are sorta rejects. But not as horrible as the ones that I threw away.
